PROVO, UTAH -- In order to sell tickets for the upcoming Motor City
Bowl, which features BYU's football team against unbeaten Marshall
University, BYU is encouraging fans that can't travel to the game
themselves to purchase tickets for LDS missionaries in the Detroit area.
The idea is to have the missionaries bring investigators to the game, a
plan that the mission president has apparently agreed to. But not
everyone thinks this is a great idea. The Deseret News' Brad Rock says,
"Just what we need - more people who think attending BYU football and
attending church are the same thing.
