NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- Mormon News introduces today a new weekly
feature listing recent performance statistics for Mormon professional
athletes. The weekly statistics will give readers the ability to
easily track the Mormon athletes currently performing and allow
readers to review how well these athletes are performing.
The athletes tracked will remain relatively stable during each
season, varying only as new Mormon athletes join the sport or as
others leave. However, entire sports will join or be dropped from the
list as their seasons start and end. As always, it is possible that
we have missed some athlete who is Mormon but not included. If you
know of an athlete that should be included on our list, please reply
to this message and let us know.
Currently, among sports with active seasons, Mormon athletes are
competing on professional baseball teams and in professional golf.
