  Gilbert Stake President in Diversity Effort
Gilbert, Arizona residents, Arnette Ward and John Lewis have been appointed to lead the town's first Diversity Task Force. The town held a Summit to End Hate and Violence  following assaults by a teenage White supremacists group.  They hope to encourage more than 40 participants to take meaningful personal diversity messages home to the community.

  Mormon Inventor of Television Remembered
Way back during the birth of broadcasting, a largely forgotten, but significant battle raged between a lone inventor, Philo Farnsworth, a Mormon farm boy, and David Sarnoff, the domineering head of the Radio Corporation of America (RCA).

  Former BC Mission President Now Temple President
Formerly president of the Canada Vancouver Mission from 1992-1995, Heber Blaine Kapp, 74, was recently called as president of the Cardston Alberta Temple.
