NEWSFLASH: Car Accident Kills Missionaries in England
BRISTOL, ENGLAND -- A short article in today's Salt Lake Tribune
reports that two LDS missionaries died in a car accident Wednesday in
Bristol, England. Elder Mark Gleason of Pleasant Grove, Utah and
Elder Mihai Teodorescu of Ploiesti, Romania died in a head-on
collision.
The missionaries were reportedly in the passing lane of a three-lane
road when they hit the oncoming car. Both Elder Gleason, who had been
on his mission for 21 months, and Elder Teodorescu were pronounced
dead on the scene. No information is available about the driver or
passengers of the other vehicle.
