ST GEORGE, UTAH -- Ronald D. Hall, 68, of Fairview, Sanpete County,
Utah, was charged last week with six counts of aggravated sexual
abuse of a child, a first-degree felony, for incidents during the
past five years. Three victims have come forward and claimed that
Hall sexually abused them. Hall has denied the charges and was
released on $10,000 bond.
Hall was an LDS seminary principle at the Manti High School for many
years and served as director of the "Mormon Miracle Pageant" in Manti
from 1989 to 1997. According to current pageant director, Jay Cluff,
directors normally serve for five years, but Hall served longer
because he was "excellent at it."
