WASHINGTON, D.C. -- President Gordon B. Hinckley is scheduled to
speak to the National Press Club today at 1 p.m. EST on his new book,
"Standing for Something." The long-planned speech will be available
live over the radio, including Internet radio, and the previously
written text of the speech will be available on the Church's website
soon after the speech begins.

below to National Public Radio and to the C-SPAN cable network. NPR
affiliate KUER, the University of Utah's station, will carry the
