Retired Denver Broncos quarterback John Elway
surprised reporters by saying that he would love to see LDS Church

year. |
RM Frank Joins Eagles |
Returned missionary John Frank, selected
by the Philadelphia Eagles in the sixth round of the NFL's draft from
the University of Utah, arrived this week for the Eagles' spring
minicamp at Veteran's Stadium. The Morning Call singled out Frank and
another draftee, fourth-round pick Gari Scott, for particular attention
because of the difficulties and effort it took for them to get to the
NFL. |
Feterik highlights free-agent signings |
BYU quarterback Kevin Feterick will join
teammates Rob Morris and Matt Johnson in the NFL, but not through the
draft. The Seattle Seahawks signed Feterick as an undrafted free
agent, giving him a chance to make the team through the team's
training camp. |
