Admin: Note About Mormon of the Year Nominations
I just wanted to thank everyone for the phenomenal response to
yesterday's request about the "Mormon of the Year" and try to make
one thing clearer. Thanks again for your interest in this topic.
Just so its clear, Mormon News is looking for additional nominations,
on top of those I made yesterday. You do not need to nominate those
on yesterday's list, they are already nominated. Because my message
wasn't clear about this, several people nominated those already on
the list.
However, we are interested in getting other nominations! If you know
of someone else that should be considered, please send nominations to
the following e-mail address:

In addition to the name, please include a sentence or two describing
why you think this person should be considered, and please include a
link or reference to a news story from this past year indicating that
impact. It should be easy to find such a news story in Mormon News'
archives (use our new search feature on Mormon News' home page at
http://www.mormonstoday.com/ ).
We will keep an updated list of those nominated on the MormonsToday
website at the URL:
