Property Reserve Selling Atlanta Office Complex
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- Property Reserve, Inc., the real estate arm of The
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is selling a major office park
it purchased in 1988. Broker CB Richard Ellis is marketing the Central
Perimeter project, a 14-building, 293,000-square-foot office complex located
near Concourse on Hammond Drive in Atlanta that Property Reserve apparently
owns as an investment. Industry experts say the complex, which is 80-percent
occupied, could fetch $104 per square foot, or about $30 million. Property
Reserve purchased the office complex for $25 million in 1988.
