Ratings Say Bonneville Format Change Right Move |
The Spring radio ratings for Chicago show strong
ratings for Bonneville International's new radio station, WDRV, indicating
that Bonneville's critics may have been wrong about the station's change of
format from classical to classic hits. The ratings gave WDRV, "The Drive," a
2.2 percent share of listeners, up from 1.3 percent when the station was
known as WNIB last Winter. They also show that WDRV didn't take listeners
away from its sister station, WLUP. |

Property Reserve Selling Atlanta Office Complex |
Property Reserve, Inc., the real estate arm of The
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is selling a major office park
it purchased in 1988. Broker CB Richard Ellis is marketing the Central
Perimeter project, a 14-building, 293,000-square-foot office complex located
near Concourse on Hammond Drive in Atlanta that Property Reserve apparently
owns as an investment. Industry experts say the complex, which is 80-percent
occupied, could fetch $104 per square foot, or about $30 million. Property
Reserve purchased the office complex for $25 million in 1988. |
