KZION Memorial: Special Broadcast of Christina England's CD 'Be Still, My Soul'
ST GEORGE, UTAH -- In tribute to those that have suffered needlessly
at the hands of terrorists this week in the United States and in
hopes of lifting the spirits of those whose lives were changed
forever, KZION will broadcast each day at noon MDT through Sunday
Christina's debut CD "Be Still, My Soul" in it's entirety.
18-year-old soprano Christina England unleashes her amazing vocal
talent on a strong debut recording featuring popular classical and
traditional hymns. "When I want to express my love for the Savior, it
seems most natural to do it through song; and for me this collection
of tender songs captures in a unique way the emotion I feel. Thanks
to Jay Richards for his support and encouragement. It has been a
privilege to work with him in the creation of this album. Thanks as
well to my wonderful parents and family for their faith in me. I am
grateful to George Dyer and the other talented musicians who helped
interpret these beautiful pieces. I hope you enjoy listening to them
as much as I have enjoyed singing them." - Christina England.
Selections include:
- Be Still, My Soul
