Internet: New Apocalyptic Books, Non-US Pages
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- The new websites this week include a couple for
books that discuss the last days and two more meant for Church
members outside the US. But these are just four of the ten new sites
listed this week, including websites for an LDS photographer, an LDS
sculptor, a "talk" website, and a new look at Book of Mormon
geography.
The websites about millennial books include a fiction series by
Wendie L. Edwards meant to immerse readers in what the last days will
be like. They also include the website for Anthony E. Larson's
trilogy of books exploring the prophecies about the last days.
Meanwhile, a nicely done website, the LDS Friend Project, is trying
to provide basic information about the Church in Russian. LDS UK is a
chat and message board website for those in the United Kingdom, and
the Pasuquin Ward, Laoag Philippines Stake has a website, apparently
in spite of the LDS Church's direction that local units should take
down their websites so that the Church can provide sites for them.
Newly Listed Mormon Websites:
