UN Secretary-General Meets with First Presidency
President Gordon B. Hinckley, world leader of the 11.4 million members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, met briefly today with United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan. President Thomas S. Monson and President James E. Faust, counselors in the First Presidency, also participated in the meeting.

President Gordon B. Hinckley Welcomes President and Mrs. Bush
U. S. President George W. Bush and First Lady, Laura Bush, were welcomed to Salt Lake City by the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the opening day of the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.
