New York LDS Artist Concert Series Presents Adam Russell
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- Tenor Adam Russell will present "From The
Hills" a Recital of Art Song this Saturday, January 13th at 7:30 pm
in the LDS Church's New York Stake Center across the street from
Lincoln Center in New York City. The concert is the third of a
monthly series this year featuring notable and professional
performing artists in the New York area. Russell will be accompanied
by pianist Cristina Stanescu.
Russell's program will include Ludwig von Beethoven's "An die ferne
Geliebte", 4 songs by Henri Duparc, and Ralph Vaughan Williams' "On
Wenlock Edge". "On Wenlock Edge" will be accompanied by piano quintet
featuring Alena Hatch, Violin, Martha Thompson, Voilin, Winona
Fifield, Viola, and Sariah Johnson, Cello.
