New Products: Mothers Day Books
NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- Publishers have their mother's day products out
in time for the holiday this weekend. Last week we mentioned some of
them: "Listen to Your Mother" and "The Kindness Handbook." This week
there are several more, including "The Little Book of Big Ideas about
Mothers," and a new edition of Lucy Mack Smith's account of her life.
The Smith account, available in a new critical edition that includes
her complete manuscript, should give readers a new view of the
Prophet Joseph Smith's mother and the events in his life.
Also new is humorist Eloise Bell's latest book, with her observations
on life's ironies, the paperback edition of "Pioneer Camp of the
Saints," containing the official journal of the first company of
Saints, including Brigham Young, to arrive in the Salt Lake Valley.
