New Products: Mothers Day Books |
Publishers have their mother's day products out
in time for the holiday this weekend. Last week we mentioned some of
them: "Listen to Your Mother" and "The Kindness Handbook." This week
there are several more, including "The Little Book of Big Ideas about
Mothers," and a new edition of Lucy Mack Smith's account of her life.
The Smith account, available in a new critical edition that includes
her complete manuscript, should give readers a new view of the
Prophet Joseph Smith's mother and the events in his life. |
Bestsellers: Behind the Smile Back Again |
Marie Osmond's book about her struggle with
postpartum depression, "Behind the Smile" is on the bestseller lists

Noble Top 100. Last week's list showed an initial surge of sales at
Amazon.com, and it could be that the book will remain on the
bestseller lists for a while, given Osmond's appearance on Oprah and
the article about the book that appeared in the women's magazine Good
Houskeeping. |
