Niners facing probability that Young may not return

Steve Young, sidelined for two weeks with his fourth concussion in three years is considering the possibility of not ever coming back as he is still affected by lingering symptoms. Young and the Forty-niners are still clinging to faint hopes that his problems will somehow clear up.

Atlantan Says He Led S.L. Oly Boosters Astray

Andrew Young, the former mayor of Atlanta says he feels partially to blame for Salt Lake City's highly criticized campaign to win the 2002 Winter Games. He said that he would like to apologize for encouraging Salt Lake's Olympic bid team to use scholarships to foster good relations with foreigners in the International Olympic Committee.

Young gives student reporters a press conference (NFL Quarterback Hosts Online Teen Press Conference)

LDS sports star Steve Young was scheduled to hold a simultaneous online and satellite-feed TV press conference for junior high and high school journalists at 6 pm PST last night. The press conference gave students at more than 250 schools and youth organizations the chance to ask Young questions on "Drugs in Sports," the topic of the event.
